An Assistant Cook prepares and cooks a wide range of foods for public consumption in various settings such as restaurants and hotels. Specifically, an Assistant Cook:

prepares, cooks, and assembles complete breakfasts
prepares short order dishes including hot and cold sandwiches
prepares stocks, soups and sauces, salads, dressings, vegetables and desserts
uses a variety of preparation methods including roasting, deep-frying, poaching, sautéeing, braising and grilling to prepare meats, poultry and fish

Preparing substrates
Selecting and applying barriers
Selecting and applying adhesive applications and mechanical attachments
Installing rigid insulation board
Preparing rigid insulation board for base coat application
Applying reinforcing mesh and base coat
Applying textured finish coat

Hydraulic/Pneumatic Mechanic

A Hydraulic/Pneumatic Mechanic performs some or all of the following duties:

Installs, maintains, repairs, rebuilds, or modifies existing hydraulic, pneumatic, or fluid systems, controls, and components;

connects components using various welding processes and mechanical fasteners
utilizes material handling, rigging, hoisting and lifting equipment safely
performs job duties safely and with precision ensuring compliance with drawings and applicable codes and standards

A Powerline Technician constructs, maintains and repairs overhead and underground electrical power transmission and distribution systems and communication networks. Specifically, a Powerline Technician:

prepares work plans
installs, maintains and removes power system poles and maintains transmission towers and structures
installs and maintains overhead and underground power systems
splices and terminates conductors and related wiring to connect power distribution and transmission networks
troubleshoots overhead and underground power systems
installs, maintains and removes transformers and hardware
installs, operates and maintains system protection, control and instrumentation equipment and communications systems

Welder
