A Refractory Mason:

Builds and repairs heat and corrosion resistant structures and vessels such as furnaces, tanks, and containers

Water Well Driller

A Water Well Driller operates a truck-mounted drilling rig and supporting equipment to drill water wells.

Specifically, a Water Well Driller:

plans and prepares site locations
communicates with co-workers to identify previous job operations, availability of tools, parts, and machinery, scheduling requirements, and any other information needed to complete job
mobilizes the drilling rig
maintains and repairs drilling equipment
sets up and operates rotary drill
sets up, operates and maintains other related equipment
cuts and welds metal
performs well development
installs and maintains related systems
completes work documentations
follows legislative, regulatory, code and other related standards and requirements

Agricultural – Fruit Grower

A Fruit Grower is responsible for:

Planting, cultivating, propagating, spraying, irrigating, transplanting, pruning, and harvesting of all types of fruit.
Operating and maintaining mechanical and power equipments and systems and farm mechanical equipment.

Electronic Service Technician

An electronic Service Technician:

Interacts with customers and other workers
Uses hand tools, hand power tools, testing equipment and specialty tools
Applies electronic theory to electronic products
Terminates and connects conductors and printed circuit boards contained within electronic products
Maintains electronic products
Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems in electronic products
Services and repairs electronic products

Locksmith

A Locksmith performs some or all of the following:

Repairs, installs, and adjusts locks;
Repairs, installs and adjusts related door & frame hardware;
Makes keys; and,
Changes lock combinations.

Reinforcing Rodworker

A Reinforcing Rodworker reinforces a wide variety of concrete constructions including but not limited to buildings, landscape features, parking garages, caissons, highways, bridges, wind turbines, stadiums and towers by using reinforcing steel, composite materials, welded wire mesh, post-tensioning systems and any other concrete reinforcements. Specifically, a Reinforcing Rodworker:

cuts and bends reinforcing materials according to design specifications and drawings
fabricates, pre-fabricates and installs reinforcing steel, composite materials, welded wire mesh, post-tensioning systems and any other concrete reinforcements.
operates and maintains tools, aerial work platforms, forklifts and telehandlers
prepares reinforcing and post-tensioning materials for hoisting
rigs and hoists materials and equipment
splices reinforcing steel by welding or installing mechanical splices
installs, stresses and grouts post-tensioning systems

Red Seal trade

Welder

A Welder permanently joins pieces of metal or manufactured parts using metal filler and heat and/or pressure; builds structures and repairs broken or cracked parts according to specifications; and carries out special processes, such as welding studs and brazing. Specifically, a Welder:

lays out, cuts, and forms metals to specifications
fits sub-assemblies and assemblies together and preparing assemblies for welding
uses three major types of welding: arc, gas, and resistance
uses various welding and cutting processes to join structural steel and cut metal in vessels, piping and other components
fabricates parts, tools, machines and equipment
joins parts being manufactured, builds structures and repairs damaged or worn parts
controls for quality before, during and after welding

Agricultural – Swine Herdsperson

Agricultural — Swine Herdsperson performs the following duties:

Reads and interprets Code of Practices, Swine Canadian Quality Assurance procedures, Agriculture Safety Audit Procedures, and veterinarian recommendations/prescriptions;
Performs herd health and comfort maintenance;
Performs breeding/gestation procedures;
Performs farrowing procedures;
Manages nursery stock;
Performs manure management procedures;
Operates and maintains farm systems, vehicles, and equipment;
Operates and maintains farm mechanical equipment.

Elevating Devices Mechanic

An Elevating Devices Mechanic constructs, installs, services and maintains elevating devices including elevators, lifts and escalators. Specifically, an Elevating Devices Mechanic:

inspects, services and maintains existing elevating devices
installs new elevating devices
rigs and hoists elevating devices
installs and maintains control equipment
installs and maintains protective devices

Micro Electronics Manufacturer

A Micro Electronics Manufacturer:

Operates and monitor process equipment including manual, automatic and semi- automatic manufacturing equipment to produce micro-electronic products
Sets up process equipment and adhere to clean room procedures
Performs some or all the following tasks with the above mentioned process equipment using micro-electronic manufacturing equipment to spin coat, photo align, develop, etch, measure, implant oxides, sputter, print, test, inspect, measure, dice and bake
Identifies and mark/record defective products
Collects, record and summarize inspection and test results
Operates various testing equipment and tools
Compares test results to specifications and take action
Maintains detailed and complete process result reports
Maintains a product tracking system
Participates in continuous process improvement programs
